I make decks for class and update them daily but new cards aren't added on ankihub

Decks used to update on ankihub but stopped after the first month or so of using ankihub.

Its a little annoying to be paying for something that is supposed to be updating but doesn’t.

The category for general support questions related to using AnkiHub.

Things not to ask about here:

• Questions already answered in our documentation
• Questions about specific decks (ask in #ankihub-decks)
• General Anki questions (ask at the Anki Support Forum or in #off-topic)

Please include supporting information and documents such as screenshots, recordings, complete error messages, etc.

When you are adding cards, are you using the button that says “Suggest a new note”?

Are you clicking the box titled “submit without review”?

If not, you may have a backlog on AnkiHub of unaccepted note suggestions.

Also, of course, make sure your version of the add-on is updated.
