That means you need to update your client. 
This can mean updating Anki, and/or the Ankihub addon
Addons can be updated from within Anki by going to Tools - Addons - Check for updates
Anki itself can be updated by downloading the latest release from the Anki website: https://apps.ankiweb.net/

Thank you for helping me. But there was no updates in add-on and I’m currently reinstalling anki with 24.11 version in windows.
I’ll update once its done.

Can you take a picture of the Anki version you are running? In Anki at the top left you can go to “About Anki” and it will show you the Anki version you currently have

And you still get the “outdated client” pop-up, correct?
