Hi! I realized that I am missing sections 19-26 in the first aid, cardio tag of the AK step1 v12 deck.
I saw that I should reset all local changes to a deck but I’ve been pulling from the AK deck for months and putting cards into my own decks as I study-- will all of this revert if I do the reset to try and get the missing cards?

Unfortunately you are not missing anything from your collection, so much as those sections have yet to have their tagging overhauled. It looks like a lot, but it’s about 1-2 pages that are mostly bullet-points and not particularly long sections, so they haven’t been quite rounded up just yet.
Happily that will not revert your local card organization or review progress (we wouldn’t suggest that you do it otherwise).
However, it is probably worth noting just for clarity that resetting local changes won’t do much for those tags as they’re not missing from your local collection so much as still incomplete.
