Need help with FSRS schedule for beginner

Just started the anking deck after using the SM2 algo and making my old cards. Before I would start a new deck and if I pressed good it would reapear in 10mins then 1 day and so on, now it says it wil appear in 5 days after pressing good for the first time

I have watched the anking FSRS youtube video and tried to follow the settings but not sure it this is how it is ment to work or I am doing something wrong

Hello,

This is intended. The same occurs for me. You can also add a 1d learning step but this is not recommended. The algorithim can learn from your past reviews so you can click on optimize so it can take into account all your past reviews.

You can also increase your retention if you want to see cards more often but this will increase your workload by a lot
