Hi everyone I think I messed up my algorithm. I postponed my cards but I can’t remember if i did 1 or -1 a few days ago, now my review count is going haywire. Yesterday I did 800 reviews but on the stats it shows I only had 27 cards due. I would really appreciate some guidance thank you!

If you postponed a significant number of cards it can be difficult or impossible to undo it unless you do so pretty much immediately. Unfortunately, that’s doubly true if you don’t know which cards you rescheduled, when you rescheduled them, or when you rescheduled them to.
About the only thing you can do that’s fool-proof is restore from a backup to a point from before you rescheduled the cards. This will undo the rescheduling, though it will also necessarily undo any review progress you’ve made since whatever point to which you choose to restore. So while it will fix the issue, it comes with some additional trade-offs that are not entirely avoidable.

Hi Brian thank you for your response! If i restore to a previous backup, will my cards still be unlocked for review? I had clicked a previous date and my reviews went up to 4300 from 800. If thats the case then I would just need to click through the reviews to reset? Thanks for your help!
If you restore from a backup, your collection will be in whatever state it was at the point to which you return your system. So whatever cards were present, and in whatever state, your collection as a whole will be returned to that circumstance overall.
Think of it as a snapshot in time. If you return to, say, Tuesday at 5pm then your collection will be identical to however it was Tuesday at 5pm. That’s just a random example, but to illustrate the point.

Okay makes sense! I’ll just keep it as is then. Would that postpone I did be the cause of my ‘Stats’ showing 27 reviews due yesterday when I did 800?
Are you sure you’re looking at the right thing?
‘Due’ should be in the future. ‘Reviews’ would be in the past.
Also make sure you’re looking at the right information; are you looking at your collection as a whole, or a particular deck, etc., etc.
