New Anking Note Types?

Hi, I recently updated from V11 to V12 with AnkiHub, and since then, this message has appeared when I open Anki. I don’t know if the note types were updated to newer ones with V12, and this message is to return to the ones I had in V11 or are new ones that I should update. Thanks!
