Notification system: auto notify deck maintainers when new suggestions are created & mention users in open issues

Add notification settings on the web version of ankihub (email/browser notifcations) for scenarios like: new suggestion for a deck that you maintain or “follow/watch”, getting @mentioned in a conversation for an open community suggestion, or new replies to a conversation that you have previously contributed to.

This feature might encourage more discussion on open issues and make it really effortless for deck maintainers (or followers/watchers who want to constantly contribute) to know when there are new open issues that need their attention.

These are a whole bunch of feautres so i will try to list them

  • Configurable notification settings by user:
    1. notification method: email, browser notifcation
    2. actions: get notified about everything for a deck that you maintain, new suggestions for a deck
    that you follow, new replies to a conversation that you follow, @mentions only

  • Ability to @ mention users in a conversation for an open suggestion

  • Auto notify deck maintainers for new open suggestions

  • Add a button for following/watching a deck and get notified for new open suggestions

  • Add a button for following/watching the discussion for an open suggestion and get notified for new replies

Ankihub has been great so far, just wondering if there is any way to get notifications when comments / decisions have been made on cards you have either suggested an edit for, or for cards you have commented on? Would be a nice addition imo.

Yeah our team is very interested in this as well, it is high on our list of things to add right after image support!
