Paid for Lifetime Subscription but Receiving Error About Inactive Membership

Hello Ankihub Support Team!

On 2/2/24, I purchased a lifetime membership following expiration of my 6-month scholarship. I thought this error would be resolved following the weekend but alas the error is persistent. I can provide proof of purchase but I would be more comfortable providing screenshots of bank transactions over secured email rather than forum. Any help?
