On 7.22.2023, I cancelled my monthly AnkiHub subscription and purchased a new lifetime subscription. I was charged $240 on 7.22.2023 with a transaction ID of 4803898128AZ. On 8.17.2023, I received the following error on Anki desktop:

I tried to email support@ankihub.net regarding this, but I received the following error email:

I am posting here as well, as the error message suggests my support email didnβt go through.
