Upgraded to Lifetime membership, Lost AnkiHub access

On 7.22.2023, I cancelled my monthly AnkiHub subscription and purchased a new lifetime subscription. I was charged $240 on 7.22.2023 with a transaction ID of 4803898128AZ. On 8.17.2023, I received the following error on Anki desktop:
The action you are trying to perform requires an active membership.

I tried to email support@ankihub.net regarding this, but I received the following error email:
We’re sorry, but your email message to [β€œsupport@ankihub.net”] (titled AnkiHub Bought Lifetime, Lost Access) didn’t work. Your account does not have the privileges to post new topics in that category. If you believe this is an error, contact a staff member.

I am posting here as well, as the error message suggests my support email didn’t go through.
