Problem with Syncing, no cards for verhaul step1/2/

Hi, new to Anki and Ankihub.

I have synced this deck several times and each time it said:“collection sync complete”. However, there are no cards, as the pic shown below.

But when I browsed the deck, there are quite a lot of information:

How may I be able to see the cards?

Why does my AnKing Step Deck have 0 cards?

If you have just installed the AnKing Step deck and you have 0 cards. [CleanShot 2023-12-21 at 14.38.49@2x] This just means that all the cards are currently suspended. To see the cards: Go to browse On the left-hand side, go to tags Find the tag you want to use (for example, #AK_Step1_V12) Click on a card Right click → toggle suspend You will now see 1 blue card on your main Anki screen. Thank you for your prompt reply- it works and now I can see some cards.

The problem now is: I unsuspended two tags under the step1v12, which are pathoma and sketchy micro. However, I could not see these two subdecks (not sure if this is the right word). The only deck shown on the main page is “Anking overhaul for step 1 2”, as the pic shown below.

The ideal scenario for me would be that I can use the Anki deck for pathoma when watching pathoma videos and use the Sketchy micro deck when watching sketchy videos. Now it seems all the cards are mixed within the “anking overhaukl for step 1 2”, leaving no options to choose a specific subdeck.

Could you kindly help me?

Why are there no subdecks in the AnKing V12 deck?

Rationale When AnkiHub was initially released, it did not have subdeck support. We have not added it to the AnKing deck because of how complex it is. We did, however, add a #AK_Original_Decks tag that contains all the original subdecks. Future Plans We have plans to enable subdecks in the future, but likely only for Step 1. Thanks for the info. That’s unfortunately so sad to hear. Hope in the near future Ankihub will have subdecks so I will come back
