Provide link to changeset in AnkiHub plugin

It would be really nice if, upon suggestion submission, AnkiHub addon showed a URL linking to a change/changeset by UUID in AnkiHub web.

Almost every single time I make a suggestion:

  1. I go to AnkiHub
  2. Log-in
  3. Find the deck
  4. Go to community suggestions, and wait for it to load
  5. Find the last one
  6. Click on it
  7. Verify if the changes submitted are 100% correct/intended :wink:

It would be nice to cut-down this workflow by having a direct link upon submission.
