So i don’t know if this is the place to ask for help with answering questions but
In the q id 1368292455207 you have a murmur you need to listen to but i fail to understand which of the sounds is s1 and which is s2 so then i don’t know if the murmur is diastolic or systolic… I usually don’t have this issue but specifically in this question i do
When playing this card, try following along with this image, where this sound comes from
The first two really fast gallops are S1 S2, and the “whooshing” sound is the diastolic murmur. After the second “gallop” by a millisecond, the click comes into the sound. It is very hard to discern between S2 and the click, but you can try playing normal heart sounds to see the difference.
In reality, you will most likely never have to discern a opening snap based on sound alone. The vignette will give you a ton of details to help you out
In my opinion, master aortic stenosis and regurgitation, but I really doubt mitral stenosis with zero help in the vignette will ever be asked on the Step 1 exam
