Hi,

I’m trying to go to the page where I can submit a scholarship request, but it keeps saying i need to log in. Even though I’m already logged in, when i click the link Scholarships | AnkiHub it just redirects me to the ‘‘Explore’’ homepage. Could you please advise what to do?

This usually happens for one of two reasons:

  1. You’re not logged into the correct AnkiHub account in your browser
    Being logged into the forum (community.ankihub.net) is separate from being logged into the main AnkiHub app (ankihub.net). Please try:

    1. Go to https://www.ankihub.net/
    2. Click Log in (top right) and make sure you complete the login there.
    3. Once you see your AnkiHub dashboard, open: https://www.ankihub.net/scholarships again.

  2. Browser / cookie issue
    If you are sure you’re logged into AnkiHub already and it still redirects you to “Explore”:

If none of that works, please reply here with:

  • The browser you’re using (e.g., Chrome on Windows, Safari on Mac, etc.)
  • Whether the scholarship page works in an incognito window or different browser
  • A screenshot of what you see right after you click the scholarship link

With that info, the AnkiHub team can investigate whether there’s an account‑specific or technical issue on our side.
