For the time being, would it be possible to confirm that this error does not impact syncing with AnkiHub and that even if we have this error message pop up we will have the appropriate updates synced on our account

When you get this message, just retry syncing by clicking on the Sync button until you don’t get the error. When you sync and don’t get the error, the updates are synced.
You can also sync just with AnkiHub by using the action in the AnkiHub menu of the main Anki window. Triggering the sync this way doesn’t cause any errors.
