Subscribed to deck but 0 cards are able to sync

I recently subscribed to the Anking overhaul step 1 and 2 and I have an account, however, when I sync the deck, 0 cards are synced.

Did you press upload to ankiweb or download from ankiweb when prompted?

Also try this:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

I can view the actual card on Anki webbed not on my desktop app. It’s frustrating because I purchased anking and have not been able to use it, nor have I found help on how to resolve this issue.

To fix the empty cards on Anki, go to the top left and find tools, then click on empty cards, then press delete

What are your settings for new cards? Have you unsuspended some?

I deleted all empty cards (28,000 +) and it still comes up as empty. I have tried deleting Anki Desktop app and redownloading, unsubscribing and subscribing to the deck without any luck.
