Hello, the fixes for this issue have taken place. Please make sure your Anki and your AnkiHub add-on are up to date:

Anki: You can download it here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/. After downloading, simply run the downloaded file to update your application.
AnkiHub add-on: On your Anki main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates. After the update is complete, please restart Anki.

Please let me know if you continue to experience the issue; if so, we will begin troubleshooting it in a more personalized way.

I am still having the same issue, I’ve updated my anki and I’ve updated the add-on and tried deleting it and re-adding it and nothing seems to be working. If you could help troubleshoot I would be extremely grateful.

Hello, the developers have identified an issue and fixed it for you. Please try again and let me know if it works.

It’s still not working unfortunately. I can try uninstalling and redoing the steps if that seems like it may help!

You can try logging out and logging back into the AnkiHub add-on to see if that helps.

If you’re still getting errors, please copy and paste the entire error message here so I can see if it’s the same issue or not.

Tried everything including reinstalling and I have made sure my subscription is active. Here is the error message I keep getting each time I try to sync.
