I am also receiving the same error, but I tried using cash app to pay and it was declined - can you make it so I can pay for the actual membership? It says I have it but not allowing me to pay for the membership anymore. (I can’t access anking and I never actually paid for membership)

I am running into the same issue. Ankihub says I have a membership but I have never paid for one.
