hello
I recently changed laptops and was trying to login to ankihub. i started my sync with ankiweb but when i try to sync ankihub it says i have to install the deck then proceeds to say “the action you are trying to perform requires an active membership”. I am subscribed to the anking deck and i dont have access to the old laptop. What can i do?
