Thanks for the screenshot and details, that helps.

That specific pop-up is shown by the AnkiHub add-on when it can’t confirm that your AnkiHub account currently has an active membership for the account you’re logged in with in Anki.

Here are some things to check:

  1. Confirm you’re logged into the correct AnkiHub account in Anki

    • In Anki, go to Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config (or AnkiHub menu → Log out / Log in).
    • Log out, then log back in with the same email that shows your active membership on the AnkiHub website.
    • Restart Anki and try syncing again.
  2. Check membership status on the web

    • Go to app.ankihub.net → your profile / billing and confirm:
      • The subscription is active (not expired or canceled).
      • There are no outstanding payment issues.
  3. Force a fresh login / token

    • In Anki, after logging out of AnkiHub, close Anki completely.
    • Open Anki again, log into AnkiHub from the add-on, then try syncing once more.
  4. Check for multiple profiles

    • If you have multiple Anki profiles, make sure the one you’re using is the one that should be connected to your subscribed AnkiHub account.

If you’ve gone through those steps and still get the same error, please reply with:

  • A screenshot of your AnkiHub billing page (you can blur personal details, just show “active” status and dates).
  • Your Anki version and AnkiHub add-on version (Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → View Files / Info).

That will help staff determine if there’s a backend or account-linking issue that they need to fix on their side.
