That specific pop-up is shown by the AnkiHub add-on when it can’t confirm that your AnkiHub account currently has an active membership for the account you’re logged in with in Anki.
Here are some things to check:
Confirm you’re logged into the correct AnkiHub account in Anki
In Anki, go to Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config (or AnkiHub menu → Log out / Log in).
Log out, then log back in with the same email that shows your active membership on the AnkiHub website.
