Anki won't let me sink even though I have an active membership

That popup usually means AnkiHub can’t confirm that your Anki add‑on is linked to an account with an active membership, even if your membership really is active.

Please try these quick checks:

  1. Confirm membership is active on the web

  2. Check you’re logged into the same account in Anki

    • In Anki, go to Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config (or AnkiHub menu → Log out).
    • Log out of AnkiHub in the add‑on.
    • Restart Anki.
    • Log back in with the exact same email that shows the active membership on the web.
  3. Force a membership refresh

    • After logging in again, wait ~30 seconds.
    • Then try the action again (e.g., syncing a deck or subscribing).
  4. If you’re using an organization license

If you’ve done all of the above and still see that “requires an active membership” popup:

  • Please reply here with:
    • The email of your AnkiHub account (you can obfuscate it like name***@gmail.com).
    • Whether your membership is individual or through an organization.
    • Your Anki version and operating system (Windows/Mac/Linux).

That will help the AnkiHub team verify your membership on the backend and fix any account-link issue.
