Trouble Loading Anking Deck onto Anki Web Account

Hi!

I have downloaded anki, and added the required add-on, have created an account on ankihub and subscribed to the anking deck, and have created an anki web account using the same username and password as I used for ankihub (not sure if i was supposed to). However, I am not sure how to get the anking deck from anki hub loaded onto my anki web account. How do I do this?

Also, when I try to log in to AnkiHub courses using my ankihub user and password, it says “invalid email or password”. Do I need a separate login to access the AnkiHub courses?

Can you confirm you have done the following?

  1. You have downloaded the ankihub addon and signed in
  2. You have subscribed to the deck you want
  3. You have clicked sync in Anki and clicked install
  4. You clicked upload to ankiweb if prompted in Anki

Yes it is a different login

You can access the course by clicking the Access Course button on the AnKing deck page: Sign In 1

Clicking this button will create your account on https://courses.ankihub.net 1.

If you already did that, then just click Forgot Password to reset your password.
