Can you try restarting your computer/device and try again and see if this persists?

If it does, delete the ankihub addon, reinstall it and try again

Unfortunately, I just tried both of those and neither one helped

@ProductTeam can we add this to Notion? We regularly get reports of this.

I am currently facing the same issue. I’m unable to log in to Anki hub after downloading the add on

@avani99

Do you get any error messages?

Can you take a screenshot of where you are trying to login to?

Yes i get this message

Can you update the AnkiHub add-on, we released an update an hour ago that fixed this

Tutorial: How to update the AnkiHub Add-on

Hey I tried uploading the logs but every single time it kept loading forever and made it difficult for me to access my decks as it remained as a window on top of the app- making it difficult for me to exit the app as well.

That’s weird.

Please try this:

  1. Go to Anki’s installation folder (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Programs\Anki on Windows)
  2. You should see a file named anki-console.bat there. Run it. it’ll open Anki and show a console window.
  3. Try uploading logs.
  4. Copy and post all text you see in that console window.

I tried this and I could not cancel the anki window. All the other windows I could cancel. Is there some other way to do this?
