Hello, thank you for responding. I did not record a video as it is equivalent to this screenshot (nothing moves). The page does not move when I use my scroll button or press my arrow keys up and down, so I am unable to see the decks at the bottom of the screen or search for new decks on the other tabs as well.
Can you try clearing site cookies and data and see if the issue persists?
Hello, the issue persists despite clearing site data and cookies.
What’s your operating system and what browsers have you tried? I assume you can’t also scroll using the scroll bar (assuming your browser shows that)?
I am using windows 11, and have tried google chrome and firefox. The scroll bar is missing on both of those browsers.
Do you have any extensions installed? Please try disabling them and let us know if you still see the issue.
