As stated by others, unable to sync premium decks despite purchasing membership. Attempting to sync AnKing Step deck, receive the error “the action you are trying to perform requires an active membership”
Apologies for the repeat thread, but solutions just say “you subscription should now be active”. Is there a lag between purchase and account activation users should be aware of? Or do accounts require manual activation following a post in the support channel?

There is a small bug that has recently started affecting a few users that purchase a subscription. The developers have been notified and are actively working on it. In the meantime, those who are affected need to have their subscription activated manually. Sorry about that
