Use dermnetnz pictures field as front card instead of cloze phrase

Is there a way to make the front of the cards the field with dermnet pictures instead of the cloze sentence?

Would be really neat for rapid disease diagnosis and for osce exams!

Anki will complain if you remove the cloze field from the front template. One solution is to just disable it while keeping the reference like this:

<!-- {{cloze:Text}} -->

Then you can add a reference to the pictures field:

{{FieldName}}
