When you delete a card from a deck your maintaining, what happens

What exactly happens? I am confused, whenever I delete cards from a deck I’m maintaining, the cards always seem to redownload sometime in the future

There is currently no way to delete cards from AnkiHub. We will be adding this feature in the future.

For now, you can just suspend them
