Why does my "anking overhaul for step 1&2" deck not have any sub decks?

I downloaded the deck, but it only has the anatomy subdeck, that’s all. Is it an error or the normal process? The other decks I got has several specific subdecks so I can study one by one in order, but that deck since not classified, makes it hard to study. Is there any ways to figure it out?
