Will adding all decks to a single larger deck create issues with syncing/updates?

I’d like to place all decks that I’m subscribed to from AnkiHub into one large AnkiHub deck so that I don’t have to click through numerous decks to study all cards. If I do this, do I risk any issues when decks are updated? Or will I get all updates and retain my preferred deck structure?

This is perfectly fine to do, it won’t affect your syncing!
