I’m not sure about “global hypoperfusion and/or hypoxemia”
I prefer the original even if it’s slightly inaccurate
we could just change it to “shock” or “severe hypotension”
I agree, I like hypotension bc it’s simple. In my mind, a “what’s the diagnosis” card is a vignette, and doesn’t necessarily have to list every possible cause/factor
The UW qid answer explanation uses the exact phrase that the user suggests “ global hypoperfusionand/orhypoxemia?”
I too prefer the original, but defs support updating to ischemic hepatitis.
Don’t feel too strongly about updating the rest but Maybe we could just change it to “perfuse hypotension” ?
I’d vote for keeping “hypotension”, change to “ischemic hepatitis”, and put “hypoxemia” in the extra field
