Tried reformatting the card to ask about both, this has been a heavily suggested card and we’ve never really changed it. I propose adding both separately and hammer this concept in with an asterisk. Any other ideas?

This card’s always bothered me.
This note definitely needs this change @AnKing-Maintainers
I made a minor edit because the suggestion as it was had a markdown issue that would have caused it to not work.
It looks like this suggestion mistakenly assumed Increased correlated with PCWP, while decreased correlated with Preload - which is not correct. Preload is always decreased in obstructive shock, updated it to decreased.
Formatting might be a giveaway since there are two other nids on PCWP/preload in shock… probably need to update those as well (nid:1472161087300, nid:1472161020896)
Also worth noting that FA used to have “PCWP (preload)” but now only includes PCWP, so not sure if we need to separate these concepts??? Maybe need to divide PE, tension pneumothorax vs. tamponade, if anything
@AnKing-Maintainers can we get some more likes and push this?
It seems to me like @herstein.jacob’s objection is more about formatting/pedagogy than objection to the accuracy of the content itself– does that mean we can push with a few more likes @Ahmed7?
I would also make it clearer that cardiac tamponade is the exception in the extra “one exception →” etc
On a separate note, it might be nice to make a new card secifically for cardiac tamponade along the lines of:
How do PCWP and preload change during cardiac tamponade?
Preload: {{c1::Decreased}}
PCWP: {{c1::Increased}}
@Ahmed7 Good to push?
