I really appreciate trying to add more resources to be more thorough; however, for consistency we are going to deny this suggestion since it does not appear in other resources. I would just add it to your “Lecture Notes” section of the card so you can still see it during your studies.
Hello, thanks for everything you do! The images on my end are not loading. I have tried downloading the media you have perviously linked and following the video but no luck. When I try importing images, it does not load. Any other tips? Thanks
Hey @cam237 . I’m not sure why this problem is persisting. I will reach out to get support to see if there is a better solution for this. I’ll get back to you what I find out.

I have had many other users with issues getting the media downloaded. I have tried sharing video resources & tips to download media files & add to the anki media folder. I still get messages with issues. Do you have any thoughts/ideas?

I just downloaded it and waited for the media to sync, all the images (so far) look fully loaded.
Is there a specific note ID that people usually have issues with that I can check?
Hmm, that’s really interesting. There is no specific note ID that I have heard about. From what I have heard people are typically missing like > 90% of the media if they have a problem. Since you were able to download it without any issues, I suspect that not enough time was given to allow for the media to sync. Thanks for checking this out, @Ahmed7 !

Another question, why does my Anki do this? When I un-suspend say 46 cards, only half or less of those cards will show up. I am not sure what the +# after learning, new and review means. Thank you for your help.
I would check a setting: Click the Gear icon on the side of the Anki deck & then select Options. Scroll down to the “Burying” section & see if Bury New Siblings is checked. If so, this option will automatically “Bury” notes of the same card because you may artificially answer a question as easier if you just saw a similar card. But don’t worry as it will appear another day when not viewing the sibling
Hi, I got the new updates. But now the deck is split into 2. One with 27k cards and another with 2k card. Any idea why this happens or which is the correctt one? I redownloaded from the google media with 14k notes, but then 30k cards showed up. Thanks in advance
Hey! I’m not sure why that would have happened. Our deck is in the lower 29K cards, so perhaps the 27k + 2k just got split randomly? Then later, it seems to be correct. Let me know if you are still having problems.
