All my anki cards are empty

i just downloaded anki, synced with ankihub, but all the cards are empty

and its like this in all the cards

On Anki, go to tools → empty cards → delete

i did that and now all the cards are gone. And by all, i mean all. The whole deck is empty

Can you check to see if you protected the text field.

Also can you check if you downloaded the correct deck, it should be called “AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 and 2” by AnKingMed with 27,000 subscribers on AnkiHub

After that, then try this:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

i did that, the cards are back but they are still empty

Then check to see if text field is checked (it should not be checked)

If it is checked, do reset local changes again and you will see all the cards
