Altering Decks & AnkiHub Support

After taking USMLE Step 1, I am hoping to keep up with my cards by using FSRS to change the retention rate of exclusively Step 1 material to 80%, while keeping Step 2 related material at 90%.

With AnkiHub, if I rearrange the cards in the AnKing deck (i.e. make a “Step 2 deck” with all the AnKing step 2 tagged cards) to do this, will this affect syncing and updates?
