I believe I’m missing cards in my deck. AnkiHub on browser lists the MCAT deck as having 3,644 notes, when I browse and use the filter “card:1” within AnKing-MCAT I only see 3,633.
I should be fully synced with AnkiHub and I’ve unsubscribed and resubscribed to make sure.

You can try doing this
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

If you click on the #AK_MCAT tag, how many cards do you have?
Under #AK_MCAT_v2, looks like 3630 notes (using card:1 filter), 6255 cards
I seem to have 3,634 when going to browse → decks → MCAT deck, its normal to be missing a few cards. As long as you reset local changes, then you have all the cards.
