Hello, I am not sure how to use this software at all. I subscribed to the monthly plan of $5/month and then I subscribed to the AnKing-MCAT deck and I pressed sync but only five cards show up. Why is this happening? I tried going to browse and toggling suspend on all the cards but it is not doing anything. Please let me know why this is happening. Thank you in advance for your time, I appreciate your help!

If you are missing cards, do this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Can you take a screenshot of what your Anki looks like right now?
Can you confirm that you went to browse → decks on the left hand side → MCAT deck → click on any card → right click → toggle suspend.
All cards should NOT be yellow for them to be suspended
Also check your Anki card settings as there might be a new card limit, set it to 9999 if you want all the cards to show up
I completed the following step but nothing changed:

However, after toggling the suspension one more time something changed and now I have more cards but I still do not have the thousands of cards.

Make sure to click “upload to ankiweb” when you click sync in order not to lose your cards
To fix the 20 cards issue,
Do the following:
Set this option to 9999
Then click save

What do you mean by number of the subdecks?
My apologies for the confusion, I meant the sum of the number of cards in each subdeck does not equal the number of cards in the main deck
Can you take a picture of your subdecks?
