I have paid and downloaded the Anking-MCAT and it says there should be over 6000 cards yet mine is only showing 1914 cards. It says its media sync: idle, so I am not sure what is wrong.

From the main screen you will see only the cards that are presently ready to study. It is likely that some of the cards are suspended.
Can you go to the browser and click on the MCAT tag and let me know how many cards it lists as being present?
Have you checked your deck settings?
Do you know what the value is for your new cards?
Looking at the image you sent, I see that some of the subdecks appear to have the value set at 300, which is likely limiting the parent deck:

Yeah, for various reasons you can set different values to parent decks and subdecks. May or may not be something you want to do, but it is an option that exists.
