Hi I just joined Anking and am trying to get the Anking Step Deck. I followed the directions (made an account, paid for a subscription, subscribed to the Step deck, added the Anking step deck, signed in, and then pressed sync).
Then the deck showed no cards so I pressed browse and there was only one card. There are no other cards and they are not suspended. They just don’t show up.

The first thing I would recommend doing is resetting local changes: Resetting Local Changes

Thank you so much for getting back to me. Unfortunately, that did not work. When I pressed the sync button after resetting the deck, it loaded for a while but when I went back into the deck to see if there were any unspended cards there was still only the one original card. Please let me know if there is anything else I could try. I appreciate your help.

Can you show me a screencap of your main screen, and of your tags from the browse screen?
I accidentally deleted the step deck from my anki and now I can’t bring it back up 
I tried re syncing to anking but it still doesn’t show Up
Assuming that you have an active Ankihub membership:
Make sure you’re subscribed to the deck in question, and then reset local changes: Resetting Local Changes

Can you go to Browse → on the left hand side click tags → can you click on #AK_Step1_v12 → how many cards do you see there?

When I opened up the browse all the cards were there! It says there are 35127 cards. Does that sound about right? I guess it just took a while to actually show up. Thank you guys for your help!!
