Hello. I have the Ankihub add-on and subscribed to the Anking Step deck. When I click sync, I get the message “Downloading updates for Anking step deck: No new updates”. There are no decks present on my Anki homepage. How can I get the deck on my Anki?

Can you show me your tags from the Browse screen?
Can you click on the step2_v12 deck and tell me how many cards are listed as being present?
Additionally, just to avoid the obvious:
- What version of Anki are you running?
- Do you have the Ankihub add-on installed and logged in?
When I click the step2_v12 deck, there is only 1 card present. I am using Anki version 24.06.3 and the Ankihub add-on is installed and I am logged in.
