Hi guys!
I just subscribed to the AnKing Step Deck but the deck is not showing on my main page. I tried:
-Reseting local changes: Didn’t work
-Unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub addon → unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub website → resubscribe again on the website → press sync on anki…Didn’t work.
Does anyone know what else I can do.

A couple of things I’d like to check:
Are you sure all of your addons are up-to-date?
Do you know what version of Anki you’re running?

This is the Anki version I currently have installed: Version 24.06.3 (d678e393)
I think all the addons I need are up to date.

Can you show me what your main screen looks like? Your deck list, specifically
Second, if you head to the browser and look at your tags, do you have a ‘step1_v12’ present there?
When you click on the ‘step1_v12’ tag how many cards does it list as being present?
(should be listed at the top of your screen)

Cool. Looks like the deck is, in fact, downloaded properly and present
I can’t be sure without looking at your collection, but if you look at the cards from the browser, at the top there should be a column titled ‘Deck.’
(This is just a random example):
This should tell you where the cards are located in your collection
From there, you can move them around wherever you prefer
Oh I see! It says the cards are under “STEP 1.” I didn’t think they would be there because I had that deck way before I subscribed and downloaded the AnKing Deck. My “STEP 1” deck had cards I’ve only done myself.
I just thought it’s weird that everybody seems to get the “Anking deck” on their main page but I didn’t.
There are a few reasons this can happen. If you have previous cards from a shared deck lineage (earlier versions of Anking Decks, Zanki, Pepper, Lolnotacop, a lot of them) this can trigger the Anking deck to assume it should insert there.
In rare occasions I’ve seen it just sort of insert somewhere and I’m not always entirely certain why it chooses that location. There’s no harm to it, though, and you can move cards around as you see fit or as you prefer.

This makes a lot of sense! Thank you very much for helping me to understand this, I’m still pretty new to Anking so get lost with all the minor details pretty often.
