I have subscribed to the AnKing Step deck and synced it with my Anki account. I changed the email to make sure they both matched, but there is no evidence that the deck is anywhere to be found on Anki. I have made sure the add-on is downloaded. I’m not sure what the issue is or how to fix it. I’ve looked on FAQ but don’t seem to have the same issue where he recommends going to tags and changing it to unsuspended, because my tags section is empty.
