Hi everyone, I downloaded the infamous Anking Deck during my Step 1 Dedicated: Paid for my Anhihub subscription, logged onto Ankihub on my anki and synced. A lot of the cards syned but a lot were missing. I deleted everything, made a new ankihub account, and redownloaded anking. Now, I’m studying for my shelf and am noticing that I can’t find a lot of cards. My Anking V12 Step 2 tag only has a total of 14.9k cards in it. I’ve made sure the acct I’m logged into Anki on is the same as my ankihub acct that’s subscribed to the deck. I’ve tried syncing again. I’ve reset all local changes about 800 times. I’m not sure what the problem is, but I still am missing cards. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

User reports card count persisting in being lower than it should be.
From my end, account looks active, deck is subscribed, add-on is installed and logged in, user reports having tried resetting local changes, but alas. Possible I’m missing something obvious, but figured I’d get some extra eyes on it to be thorough and certain.
Mr. @Ahmed7 you’re way smarter than me; any ideas?

Please use AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and data and let us know the filename shown.
When you click on #AK_Step1_V12, how many cards do you have there?
Can you also take a screenshot of your main Anki screen?

Step1 deck has 28k cards, Step2 deck has 14k cards.

Step1 deck went up to 31k and Step 2 deck went up to 22.9k!

We didn’t do anything haha, resetting local changes is the definitive fix for missing cards so maybe something was just glitching / bugging in your Anki causing the total number of cards to not show up correctly.

Hi @Ahmed7 I am having the same issue where my Anking Step1 V12 deck is only showing 21880 cards total. Is there a way to fix this?
