I have just bought an annual membership and attempted to download the Ankihub add on.
However, I am told that it is not compatible with my version of ANKI. So i tried to update my ANKI but it seems I am unable to download the newest ANKI version as I have a Macbook Air Version 11.1.
Is there any way I can overcome this?
What anki version did you try installing?

I tried downloading macOS 12+ (Apple, Silicon 23.12.1 Qt 6)

Hello, I am having a similar issue. I just bought membership and subscribed to the AnKing Overhaul Step 1 and 2 deck. V12 appears in my sidebar when I click browse, but it only contains 2 cards. How can I get it to all appear?
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
