Anki not syncing after changing payment method

Hello, I had to update my payment method after receiving an email. I did it a bit late when I tried syncing on my mobile ANKI and it wouldn’t sync.

Then i logged into ankihub here and I saw I wasn’t subscribed anymore. So i resubscribed and tried syncing in the anki app on my desktop and it doesn’t sync anymore.
Now I get this message:

why is this happening? and will this interefere with my current deck? It said it was reinstalling anki overhaul, but then couldn’t sync.
I still see my current dues as it was but it does not want to sync.

This is an issue with Anki, not AnkiHub
