Anki says “no active membership”

Hi there,

I searched followed the similarly-named support forums, and I haven’t found a solution that works for me. I’m subscribed to the Step deck and I have a 6 month membership, but I keeping getting this error everytime I try to install the deck. I tried to troubleshoot by disabling AnkiWeb on my other devices.

Edit: I chatted with the AI bot and I had tried troubleshooting tips if offered, no solutions were found.

It can take up to 7 days to get accepted. You will receive an email (it might go into your spam folder) once you get accepted

Hi! I applied yesterday. I see now that the email I received was not an acceptance email, but it was just an acknowledgement that I applied. Oops! Totally makes sense, sorry about that.
