I have an active membership but it wont sync on Anki

Ive had my membership activated today and it wont allow me to sync Ankihub to my Anki app

yes I have installed the Ankihub add on and this is the error message that shows up:

Correct me if Iโ€™m wrong, but it looks as though you may have applied for a scholarship?

If so, full approval of your account will hinge upon the scholarship itself being approved, which typically takes a couple to a few days. Once that processing, and approval, process has completed you should receive a separate notification informing you of as much, and at this point your account should be fully active and youโ€™ll then be all set.

Hopefully that clears things up for you a bit, though if Iโ€™ve missed any details or if you have any other questions please feel free to ask and Iโ€™ll do my best to be of help. :slight_smile:

Essentially, the scholarship process boils down to two separate processes. The first is having an account, and the second (which hinges on the scholarship itself) is having an active membership.

The full activity of the membership will be in place once your scholarship application has been processed and approved, which should take a couple to a few days, or thereabouts. You should receive a notification in your email once this has taken place. :slight_smile:
