Anki working fine until I upgraded to V12 and latest anki version (24.06.03) and now anki keeps crashing when I try to make new cards

As the title says, had super old anki version that was working perfectly, then I upgraded my anki to the latest version and added V12. Every time I try to add cards my anki crashes and I get this message. Spoke w/ Brian (ankihub support team) who said to post here. Code is below

it crashes when I try to add cards while in full screen. I’ve tried resetting window size as well. still crashing
