AnkiHub addon always tries to sync, not listening to "on Anki start"

Have the AnkiHub addon installed, not logged in on this profile.

Whenever I sync Anki I’m presented with the login prompt from AnkiHub. That applies to both “on ankiweb sync” and “on anki start”. The only time it lets me be is when I select “never”.

AnkiHub should not bug to log in when I select “on anki start” and synchronize anki.

That appears to me to be the expected behavior, but I understand how it might not desirable when you have multiple profiles. Maybe the option should be per-profile.
