I created an AnkiHub collaborative deck and uploaded it to my account. I am able to suggest changes without review but I am unable to add new cards/suggest new cards both without review and with review. Am I doing something wrong?
Which note types do the new notes you try to suggest have?
They have to be from the note types that were in the deck when you created it. These note types contain the name of your deck in their name (inside a parenthesis).
