Ankihub Lifetime Purchase Receipt Not Appearing

Dear Ankihub team,

I have paid for the lifetime subscription to AnkiHub, yet my account shows no invoices and the email I provided at checkout did not receive a receipt. I need to provide a receipt for an application for reimbursement. Could a receipt be sent to me at my account email address, and my account updated to reflect that I purchased the lifetime membership?

Hi @ks4321,

Lifetime purchases do not show up in the membership portal because it is not a β€œsubscription,” (it’s just a single payment).

I just sent a receipt.
