I just subscribed to a yearly plan. I need to cancel it and change it to a lifetime plan. Please cancel my subscription and refund so I can subscribe to the correct plan. I cancelled it but it is not removing subscription and does not show a refund. Please help asap.
Hello. I paid for the lifetime subscription, but it is not showing up in my “Membership Portal”.
My membership subscription is not being displayed correctly in my portal.
I already purchased the lifetime subscription and Anki already took my card and payment. This is not reflecting in my “Membership Portal” My portal is saying I go the yearly subscription, when I paid for the lifetime subscription.
The membership portal only shows information regarding subscriptions. The lifetime plan does not show up in the portal because it is a single, one-time payment. Sorry for the confusion! Unfortunately, this is handled by the payments platform we use, Stripe. We will work on improving this when we have time. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
